Acceptable Use Policy

Talk2Docs Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective date: August 8, 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of the Talk2Docs Service and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your account.

1) Prohibited content

Do not upload, store, process, or share content that:

  • Is illegal or infringes rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity)
  • Contains malware, viruses, exploits, or other malicious code
  • Discloses confidential or personal data that you do not have permission to share
  • Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or intended to exploit minors
  • Promotes hate, harassment, threats, or violence
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

2) Prohibited activities

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g., overload, DDoS, abuse rate limits)
  • Circumvent security or usage restrictions (including safety filters)
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract models or datasets
  • Use automated scraping or bulk data extraction without our written consent
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use the Service to violate others' rights or to engage in unlawful conduct

3) Technical Limits

We may set or change limits on file types, sizes, storage, request rates, and other technical parameters. Do not attempt to bypass these limits.

4) Impersonation

Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5) Competitive Restrictions

Do not scrape, archive, or benchmark the Service or publish comparative performance results without our prior written consent.

6) High-risk and sensitive uses

The Service is not designed for high-risk or regulated uses. Do not use it for:

  • Medical diagnosis, treatment, or triage
  • Legal, financial, or professional advice where human review is required
  • Emergency services or life-critical systems
  • Weapons development, surveillance, biometric identification, or facial recognition
  • Processing sensitive government-classified information

7) Intellectual property; repeat infringers

Respect IP rights. We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers under our DMCA Policy.

8) Reporting violations

Report AUP concerns to abuse@talk2docs.ai. For copyright issues, use the DMCA Policy process.

9) Enforcement

We may (in our discretion) issue warnings, remove content, throttle functionality, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify or cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
